At AWD we recognise that your kitchen worktop is the finishing touch to your new kitchen and probably the most important purchase you will make. With this in mind we have a team of dedicated experts who will personally handle your order from enquiry through to installation and after sales support. With many products and colours to choose from you really are spoilt for choice. We cover the whole of the UK for Installation and can offer a manufacturer's warranty on most of our products.

The process could not be simpler.

- Call or email from the details on the contact form and we will come back to you within 24 hours (7 days a week).
- We will then dedicate a member of our sales team to handle your enquiry.
- After making contact we will request the following:
- Drawing / sizes Product / colour choice and a few other specifications.
- Your post code for the installation
- An approx date when you would require Installation We would then send you a detailed quotation by email and follow this up with a phone call shortly after.
- Should you wish to proceed and place an order all you need to do is sign and return the quotation form and make the opening deposit.
- A Template can then be booked for a date of your choice.
- The Installation would follow 3 to 5 working days later.
- As part of our after sales service a phone call will be made to you within 48 hours of your Installation to ensure you are entirely satisfied with our overall service and quality of your new kitchen worktop.

Important Factors.

- To allow us to template all base units need to be fixed in position and be perfectly level.
- All existing worktops require removing prior to Template.
- All sinks require disconnecting and removing prior to Template.
- All hobs require disconnecting and removing prior to Template.
- Please allow up to 4 hours for a Template.
- Please allow all day for an Installation.
- A full set of samples will be available at Template.
- We do not offer any kind of plumbing or heating services.
- Please ensure someone is available to sign paperwork at both the Template and Installation.
